It is from the fun side that we will approach the manufacture of brooms from plastic bottles do it yourself in home conditions. Tools and materials:
- plastic pre-burnt rope, for greater rigidity 20 centimeters long, each piece;
- 88 universal glue;
- cut neck from a plastic bottle;
- two-way spin;
- a cover from a plastic bottle of 8 pieces;
- screws 7 pcs;
- screwdriver;
- a wooden block - the basis for pile from a broom.
To begin with, you need to tighten and straighten 20 cm plastic ropes. So that they are all on the same level. And tightly holding them with one hand, pull the other on one edge of the neck of a plastic bottle cut in advance. It will serve as a kind of holder. If there is an unevenness in the location of the plastic rope, then tap the edge with a pile, equalizing it, on a wooden block.
Then you need to put a double-sided twist on this pile. Carefully put on, gradually pushing the neck out of the plastic bottle, which we no longer need, and remove it.
Now also trim the edges on the bar so that they are flush with the base of the twist. And we deepen into a twist by 5 millimeters deep.
Now we take 88 universal construction glue and pour it in depth over the plastic rope. But not too much. We need to glue the fibers. And we twist the usual plastic bottle cap, and pushes the rope all the way into the cap. Knock on the bar while trimming. Now the lid can be removed and again deepen the villi by 5 millimeters.
Such blanks must be made 7 pieces.The manufacturing process is the same everywhere.
Now let's take up the bar itself. To it at the same distance it is necessary to fasten 7 caps from plastic bottles. We drill a hole in the middle lid, insert a screw there and screw it into the block with a screwdriver, thus attaching the lid. We fix the lid with the twisting part up.
Now it is necessary to screw each blank for the broom into each cover. And now the base with a pile for a tough broom is ready.
