Show at least one apartment that builders with perfect even walls rented out. Often, residents enter the apartment and see skewed doors or crooked corners. For new buildings in all cities of the CIS, this is already the usual norm, which residents correct at their own expense.

To install a room of 24 square meters, we need:
- drywall 18 sheets;
- metal profile large 40 pcs and small 7 pcs;
- direct suspension 80 pcs;
- self-tapping screws;
- serpyanka;
- putty;
- putty knife;
- screwdriver;
- breadboard knife.
Before starting work, we need to mark the wall with a pencil, the profile will be attached to this place. One profile from the second profile should be exactly 60 centimeters of drag from each other. You can not allow the profile to become a centimeter to the right or left. If the ceiling height is 2.70, then the profile length should be appropriate.
If your profile is slightly larger than the height of your wall, then you can easily trim it.
We fix the reinforcing profile to the floor.
Now we begin the installation of drywall. Before you start laying down drywall, you need to attach the suspensions at a distance of no less than and no more than 60 centimeters from each other. Suspensions go vertically one from the second.
The profile is first leveled and only then fixed with screws.
The first part of the work is done. We installed a metal profile on the wall, where the axial distance is 60 centimeters, i.e. the distance from one profile to the second should not be less or more.
The width of a standard sheet of drywall is 1 meter 20 centimeters. Make sure that the joint between the sheets falls exactly in the middle of the installed profile.
We attach sheets of drywall to the installed profile on special self-tapping screws, which are used only for drywall.
The distance between the screws should be no more than 25 centimeters. If the height of your ceilings is greater than the standard, and this is 2.5 meters, then the sheets are set apart.
The remaining space is covered with pendants in size.The joints are reinforced with jumpers.
Drywall can be cut very simply, for this we use a standard breadboard knife.
When the drywall sheets are installed, we can begin to close up the seams and for this we need a primer and a special self-adhesive mesh. After the seams are primed, we begin to close them with a special self-adhesive mesh. The mesh is necessary so that the putty layer that will be applied afterwards does not crack.
Now putty on the seams. We close up with a small spatula the places where the screws were screwed.
After the putty dries, the places need to be sanded with a grinder.
Then apply the finishing layer of putty.
Everything is perfect, now you have smooth walls without a single flaw.
