Step 1

Carefully disassemble the charger, find there an electrolytic capacitor of 400 volts, most often 2.2 - 10 microfarads. Step 2
In the indicated charge, 3 IN4007 diodes are missing. They can be added if desired and sealed with polarity as shown on the board.
Now you need to solder one wiring (+) to the transformer output from the output of the rectifier so that the piezoelectric element is connected to the output legs of the transformer, avoiding the capacitor and rectifier diode. By the way, the rectifier diode and capacitor - the elements in this case are unnecessary, they can also be evaporated, so that later they can also use these parts somewhere.
Step 3
You may come across a more complicated charger with a lot of elements. Then you will have to leave all the elements, only the wires for the piezo emitter should be soldered directly to the secondary winding of the transformer.
Step 4
Securely fix the wire in the case you like, glue the piezoelectric element, solder the wires (here you can not pay attention to the polarity).
Step 5
Then fill the sealant thoroughly. It is better in two stages, waiting until the first layer of sealant dries. Then just assemble the case.
