This table will be an excellent part of any interior design. Most importantly, it is made of environmental material. Such a table is made from a single piece of specially treated wood.
It is necessary to prepare all the necessary materials and tools.
To carry out the work on making a table, you will need the following tools:
• flat screwdriver,
• wire brush,
• sandpaper,
• electric grinder,
• rug or towel,
• air compressor,
• safety glasses, dust mask,
• grinding wheel,
• goats,
• paint
• spray gun.
Of the materials I will need: piece of solid wood, legs and varnish for wood.
We remove the bark from the wood
This must be done very carefully. One awkward movement and a piece of wood will break away. We put some towel or rug on top of the wooden plate. We take a flat screwdriver and gently raise the bark.
We remove the remains of dirt from a wooden plate
Using a metal brush, we process the edges of the future table.
Grind the surface
It is necessary to grind a wooden plate on both sides. First you need to use sandpaper with a grain size of at least P60, after it we take sandpaper with a grain size of P100 and at the end - P220. After the upper and lower surfaces are processed - you can polish the sides. When the grinding process is completed - blow off the dust with an air compressor.
We complete the surface treatment of a wooden table
Carefully place the stove on the goats. Mix the varnish and paint until a homogeneous consistency. The main thing is that there are no lumps. The resulting mixture is applied to the surface of the future table using a spray gun. It is better to apply in two layers on each side. After drying, you need to process with a sanding sponge. Blow off excess dust with an air compressor.
Set the legs
We lay the tabletop on a rug or towel and attach the legs.
