Mini sound amplifier on the LM386

Good day to all. I think each of you faced the problem of quiet sound in a laptop or phone when you are going to watch a movie with a company or listen to music in nature, and the sound on the phone is quiet. I recently encountered such a problem and decided to make a portable mini speaker for the phone. He researched many amateur radio sites on which he read a lot of useful things for creating such a miracle and settled on a very simple but workable scheme with 200 times amplifications.

To create a mini amplifier we need:
• 10kΩ variable resistor
• LM386 chip (I used it in the SMD case because it costs a penny)
• 0.1uF capacitor
• Capacitor 0.05uF
• 10μF capacitor
• Electrolytic capacitor 250mkf 16V
• 10 ohm resistor
• Textolite, iron chlorine (for etching the board) can also be mounted
• Soldering iron and soldering accessories
The amplifier will be assembled according to this scheme

In order to make a printed circuit board, I used the DipTrace program. This program is convenient in that after we assemble the circuit in it, it can be easily converted to a printed circuit board.

And so, we assemble the circuit and convert it to a printed circuit board

Here is what you should get

You can arrange the elements as you want, communications are not broken!

We expose the elements so that they take up as little space as possible on the board and trace

Next, print on a laser printer and translate the picture onto textolite, etch the board and tin it, then drill holes.

Then insert the elements and seal them on the back side

Solder wires to connect a sound source, speaker and power

Everything, our amplifier is ready, you can test!

Here is the archive with the circuit board usilitel.rar [8.85 Kb] (downloads: 955)

Good luck to all!
