We will need:
- a disk from a scoop;
- a piece of square profile 10x10 cm, length 80 cm;
- a piece of square profile 10x10 cm, length 37 cm;
- grinder;
- welding;
- long metal rods 60 cm long.
According to the author, initially the disk from the tiller comes with a hole in the center, which must be covered at the beginning of the work. To do this, we cut out a small round billet, which we weld to the base and grind well to get it as smooth as possible.
Further, from one end of the 80-centimeter profile, it is necessary to cut triangles on four sides to install a disk on these triangles, otherwise there will be no traction.
On the other hand of the same profile, cut out a window with a length of 23 and a width of 10 centimeters.
The second profile should be cut at a right angle on one side, and at an angle of 45 degrees on the other. All components are ready. You can start assembling.
Since the weld area should be larger than the area at the ends of the triangles, they need to be trimmed a little.
We weld the disk to the profile. It is important to do everything smoothly, so during the work it is necessary to periodically check whether everything turns out as planned.
Now you need to weld a short section of the profile to the window of a long one.
After that, you need to weld at the base two pieces like rods to get a kind of lattice, so that the hot coals do not get blown, and there will be no heat.
In the end, it remains to weld long legs that will allow you to install the stove in an earthen plot.
The turbo stove in the form of a flower is ready. Firewood should be put in the stem, which is welded to the main profile. When the wood burns out, they themselves go to the grate in the main profile, thanks to the inclination of the stem. All temperature rises and the disc begins to cook.To clean it, before using the stove, pour a little water into it and light the stove. Next, instead of water, pour a little vegetable oil into the oven, leaving the oven at maximum temperature. This will give it a non-stick coating.
