We will need:
- glass jar;
- 2 LEDs for 12 volts;
- a plastic core;
- Super glue;
- a screwdriver with a 6 mm drill;
- building hair dryer;
- a drill with a cutting diamond blade.
Note that you need to choose a can carefully so that its outer diameter matches the inner diameter of the headlights of a car, motorcycle, and so on. According to the author of the idea, a plastic rod can be purchased at stores specializing in the sale of outdoor advertising accessories, or removed from old blinds.
The first thing to do in the plastic rod is to make one shallow hole on both sides for the LEDs.
After that, we thoroughly heat the core with a building hair dryer and gradually bend it around the can.
The result should be a blank angel eyes. We take the LEDs and insert them into the holes, carefully gluing superglue.
In the end, with the help of a drill and a thin cutting diamond disk, we must make shallow cuts along the entire radius so that the light scatters better and more evenly.
Homemade angel eyes are ready.
