The process of making perch spinners
Step 1. Remove the tongue
First of all, you need to remove the tongue from the dog, for this, you need to pick up its mount with a sharp object, for example, a screwdriver or knife. Next, in the tongue, you need to drill a hole, as indicated in the picture. Thanks to this hole, the hook will be attached. With this design, the hook will be fixed securely, and you can not be afraid that when catching a large perch, the bait will become worthless.
Step 2. Install the hook
Before installing the hook, its forend must be bent in a special way. How exactly to do this is indicated in the picture. After that, the hook with the eye is inserted into the hole of the tongue and fixed for further assembly.
Step 3. Fill the blank with lead
First, on a fire, you need to melt lead and tin in a ratio of 1k2. The workpiece is poured with metal so that the forend of the hook is completely hidden. Only in this case will the lure have the necessary strength. For pouring, you can use a small mold by putting a blank in it before pouring. As a material, gypsum or clay may be suitable here.
If you do not want to fill the workpiece with metal as you wish, you can use a soldering iron for these purposes. A mixture of tin and lead is applied layer by layer until the required thickness and structure are achieved.
Subsequently, all the irregularities can be corrected with a file.To get the best catch, the alloy of tin and lead can be polished, this will attract a predator well enough. Also, a piece of red thread will be attached to the hook.
