Table made of pallet and steel

The old pallet and steel pipes can be reused and made into a table.

Step 1: Required Materials
- a pallet made of hard wood. Planks on the countertop should be 2.5 cm thick, and also 5 cm thick on the frame.
- steel pipes from 2.5 cm to 5 cm thick.
- iron angle 2.5 cm.
- bolts.
- glue.

Step 2: Making a Table Frame

Now you need to determine the size of the table. Make the frame for the countertop as shown in the photo above. Fasten it with glue or bolts. Add the inside of the frame from 2.5 cm thick boards. It is necessary to hold the inside.

Step 3: Filling the Frame

After, it is necessary to fill the frame. Here you can arrange the planks as you wish. In this workshop, the pieces lie diagonally, i.e. at an angle of 45 degrees. On all elements with the help of a triangle, the angle to be cut is marked. Then everything is cut off and glued.

Step 4: Welding and Grinding

At this stage, you need to determine the height of the table and cut off 2 long and 2 short legs at an angle of 45 degrees. After that, you need to weld the long parts to the steel bars on the frame.

Step 5: Welding

Now you need to weld the short bars to get the Z-shape. Read the photos carefully.

Step 6: Ready

Now you need to attach the countertop to the steel pipes. To complete, you need to sand the wooden surface with sandpaper.

The table is ready!
