Do-it-yourself snatchy tackle spinning gear

There is a category of anglers who basically do not want to fish for "standard", purchased lures. Such fishing seems to them a boring activity and they are looking for more and more new approaches. So, for example, one fisherman once came up with the idea to create a unique tackle from several nuts and paste from the handle. Surprisingly, the tackle turned out to be not only original, but also pretty catchy with respect to such freshwater favorites as pike and perch.

As for the name, the tackle got it due to its properties, during posting it “snoops” on the water expanses, attracting the attention of a predator.

Materials and tools:
- paste from a ballpoint pen (preferably empty);
- petal (can be cut from a piece of aluminum);
- two tees (with factory rings);
- a piece of wire;
- two nuts;
- nippers and pliers.

Manufacturing process

Step one. Create the backbone
First you need to take the paste from the ballpoint pen and free it from the paste. To do this, the tip is removed from the paste and the contents are blown out. If there is another suitable tube, it will also be great.
Now you need to insert the wire into the paste and bend it as shown by the author in the photo.

Step Two Install nuts
The nuts must be of such a size that they can be screwed with a little effort onto the bent end of the gear. When the nuts are installed, the formed eye needs to be slightly expanded so that the nuts do not slide off the gear.
Then we attach a swivel with a fastener to the formed loop. With it, the tackle will subsequently be attached to the fishing line.

Step Three Installation of hooks and petal
Now at the ends of the wire you need to make ears for attaching hooks. It is best to use pliers for these purposes. Hooks are fastened with rings. As for the petal, it is also mounted on the rear hook using a ring. That's all, the tackle is ready.

If you want to improve the bait, then for these purposes you can use a variety of materials.For example, to make the bait more voluminous, you can attach tinsel to it.

As for the wiring, the author recommends using the same approach as for jig fishing. That is, these are small impulse jerks that will make tackle snoop in the expanses of water.

Wow, what a wonderful spinning gear, well done author with golden hands. To be honest, one of the fishermen vryatli yes thought of this creativity. I hope many fishermen will like the tackle. I’ll definitely take a note for myself, it will be useful soon for catching such a predator as a pike in the fall
