I soldered to myself just such a panel of fragments of elements 156x156 mm (left from the assembly of a large panel).
I cut the elements on such a homemade machine:
It is made on the basis of thin section typewriter with a flexible shaft and a diamond disk. The stanochka was going without a single nail and self-tapping screw, the joints were made with hot glue. Just do not kick - it turned out pretty hard - the glue adheres perfectly to the tree: winked:.
The elements themselves were attached to the plexus with liquid nails.
The conclusion is made by a USB connector - conveniently - you can connect any 5 volt device.
The elements are connected in two consecutive chains of 10 pieces, the ends are parallelized, at the output we get a maximum of 10 W, 2 A.
This device was tested on different devices, but it is best to use this socket in conjunction with Power Bank (drive), and already charge a cell from it.
