For work, we need:
Plastic water pipe with a diameter of 32 mm.-20 cm. And a diameter of 25 mm.-6-7 cm.
Small electric engine.
Toggle button.
Small plug connector.
Chinese collet mini cartridge.
A couple of bottle caps.
Glue gun.
That's where I got the cartridge.
So here we go. To start, cut off a 32 mm diameter tube. one piece is 8 cm long and the second is 10 cm long.
An engine and a button will be inserted into a piece of 8 cm long.
And the second will be the pen itself.
A piece for the handle is cut off approximately degrees under 100-110.
It is better to attach and mark under your own hand.
Then, with a boot knife, select a recess for docking.
We customize the joint with a rasp or sandpaper, the joint should be ideal for further bonding.
Prepare the button. In the bottle cap, with a knife we make a hole for the existing button.
In my case, it is round. Tightly fit and glue with hot glue.
Then we glue the handle to the body. Do not forget to make a hole inside the gluing, for wires.
We glue in a circle, and then pour glue abundantly into the cavity of the handle.
We prepare a plug for the plug connector.
We also glue it with glue.
Then cut from the tube with a diameter of 25 mm. piece of three centimeters. It will serve as a seal for bonding.
We also glue it well.
We solder the whole circuit (unforgettable about the polarity of the motor).
And we are slowly starting assembly. Lubricating everything with hot glue.
We gently cut the joints of the glue with a knife. And on top of the joints I wrapped the electrical tape for a more aesthetic look.
