Hello to all lovers homemade, every connoisseur of music wants to have good acoustics at home, but I don’t always have enough money to purchase it and I will be much better at making my acoustics that the manufacturer offers us. It is in this article that I will tell how the author embodied the idea of making good high-quality acoustics in life.
In order to make this speaker system, we need:
* MDF 16 mm thick.
* Sintepon measuring 30 by 30 cm.
* Five-inch woofer from Asalab B1354.8.
* PVA glue.
* Fraser.
* Clamps.
* For filters of the inductor 0.82 mH, their resistance 0.26 Ohm: 1.5 mH 2 Ohm and 0.39 mH 0.53 Ohm.
* Stranded wire with a cross section> 1.5mm.
* Tweeter, also from Asalab T252.1.8, the company may differ from your preferences.
Tools are also needed, such as:
* Electric fretsaw.
* Sander.
That's all you need is ready, now proceed to manufacture.
Step one.
First you need to determine the size of future acoustics. We make the components, sawing them out of MDF using a jigsaw according to the drawing proposed by the author. Saw holes for speakers only need to be individually, as the dimensions may not coincide with those shown in the drawing.
When working with a power tool, be careful not to forget about protecting your hands and eyes.
But the chamfer in the places of landing of the speakers must be done on the router, otherwise nothing.
The bass reflex port is assigned to the rear, which will ensure optimal acoustics when the distance to the wall is more than 5 cm.
Step Two
After all the parts are ready, we proceed to assemble them into a single unit.
It is better to glue these parts of the body onto PVA glue, it adheres well to MDF and holds the structure firmly enough. Inside the case we place a synthetic winterizer measuring 30 * 30cm, and then we grease all the joints that will be in contact with the other part and draw them with clamps, waiting for the glue to dry completely within one day.

But in this configuration, a filter is also needed, which is assembled according to the circuit shown below, where the very inductors 0.82 mH with resistance 0.26 Ohm, 1.5 mH 2 Ohm and 0.39 mH 0.53 Ohm and a copper stranded wire with a cross section of more 1.5mm.

Step Four
Before placing the insides in the body, it must be well sanded with a grinder, making the edges rounded and removing large scuffs. Then it is necessary to prime the surface, which will allow you to achieve a perfectly flat plane.
Step Five
At this stage, we paint the hulls, the paint on the primer lays down well, which is what we needed.
At the end, it is necessary to fit the filters inside the case, screw the speakers onto self-tapping screws pre-painted in black. On this homemade acoustics is ready.
