This time I will tell you in stages how to design a portable flexible LED usb lamp for lighting a laptop keyboard, workplace or for other different purposes.
To build a usb lamp I needed:
1) White LED,
2) Unnecessary usb cable,
3) 0.8 mm thick copper wire,
4) White rubber tube,
5) electrical tape
6) Super glue,
7) stationery knife,
8) scissors,
9) Soldering iron,
10) Current limiting resistor.
And so, we begin !!!
First of all, I took a usb cable, put it inside a white rubber tube and cut off an extra piece of cable with a 2 centimeter remainder.
Then with a clerical knife he cleaned the end of the cable from insulation.
I made such a ring from the cable wires.
I took a current-limiting resistor, soldered it to the LED with a soldering iron and also soldered the LED with the resistor to the wires, observing the polarity - red-plus, black-minus.
Insulated contacts with electrical tape.
I cut the recess in the isolation of the usb cable output, as in the photo:
Then he hooked a copper wire into this recess and shook the entire cable with this wire to the glued electrical tape. And so three times - one way, then the other.
I put on a white rubber tube on the already obtained lamp.
Again, insulated the ends of the tube like this:
The remaining non-sticky places were sealed with super-glue for greater strength.
That's all mine homemade ready!
