I decided to assemble a small-sized power amplifier.
The class D amplifier on the RAM8403 chip was taken as the basis. Output power 2 * 3 watts.
We will need:
- an amplifier based on the PAM8403 chip, a ready-made module from China is used;
- output connectors are taken from an old tape recorder;
- the case of an old modem;
- power switch, removed from the old computer PSU;
- power connector from an old printer.
Mark the back panel under all the connectors. We cut openings for the switch and power connector. We fasten the socket with marked holes.
We paint from a spray can. Dried and looks decent.
Device power, 5V adapter stuffing
We place all the blocks in the case and solder the wires. Connectors with glue on epoxy glue. The power adapter turned out to be with a USB connector in the case, excellent, useful. We bring USB sideways, it will serve to charge gadgets.
We collect everything. We solder.
We are testing. Everything works great.
Details of the assembly can be seen in the video.
