In the manufacture of the press is very simple. Made of wooden beam 50x50 mm. I don’t give the dimensions of the press, they depend on the equipment used (a tray for collecting whey, a mold for cheese). Sizes are made for them. It is made very simply. Bars are cut and stitched together with large self-tapping screws. Simple and cheap.
