For those who listen to music or play computer games with headphones, we will figure out how to make a stand for them. The master made such a stand for a charity auction, you can make them for yourself. Agree nicer if the headphones are stored on a stand than lying on a table.
Tools and materials:
- Black walnut board;
- Plywood 18 mm;
-Red acrylic paint;
-8 mm wooden dowel;
-Felt;
- Spray glue;
-Glossy aerosol varnish;
- Self-adhesive paper;
-Drill;
- Electric jigsaw;
-Miter saw;
-File;
-Sandpaper;
-Scissors;
-Brush;
Step One: Stand
On self-adhesive paper, the master drew (printed on a printer) a circle with a protrusion at the bottom. The author does not indicate the size of the circle, but it can be understood that the headphones should fit the stand tightly. I pasted the template on the board. I drilled two holes along the inner contour of the template to start the jigsaw blade. He sawed out the stand with a jigsaw. Processed uneven edges with a file. Then polished with sandpaper.
Step Two: Prop
The master made a stand out of plywood. Saw cut a rectangle. Connect the stand with the support using a wooden dowel. In the ledge of the stand and in the support, drills a hole for the dowel.
Step Three: Painting
Covers the inside of the ring with red acrylic paint in three layers.
Fourth step: assembly and debugging
After drying, the paint connects both parts with a dowel and glue. It fixes with adhesive tape until the glue dries.
After the glue dries, the base is varnished in four layers. Between layers produces grinding.
Felt is glued to the bottom of the support.
The headphone stand is ready.
The whole process of making the stand can be seen in the video.
