It turns out that cardboard is an excellent material for modeling. It was from cardboard that the Master decided to make a bulldozer.

Step one: procurement of parts
To make a model you need 3 or 5 layer cardboard. He makes markings on cardboard, cuts out. With the help of a glue gun collects the cabin.
Cut the remaining parts (as in the photo).
Step Two: Hydraulic Cylinders
The tractor bucket is controlled by hydraulic cylinders. The master made hydraulic cylinders from syringes. From the rods of two syringes cuts the stops and 1-2 cm stiffeners. Makes holes at the ends of the rods. On the cylinder fastens a collar with a nut.
Step Three: Build
Glues the cab to the frame. Glues the remaining parts.
Hydraulic cylinders and parts of the mechanism are fixed on wooden skewers.
Step Four: Bucket
Bucket Master cut out of an empty can of Pepsi. The bucket mount was made of a wooden spatula and secured to it using hot-melt adhesive.
Set the bucket on the bulldozer.
Step Five: Part 2 Hydraulic Cylinders
As a working fluid, the author took ordinary water. You can tint with any color, the author liked the blue. Fills the syringe with water, installs the tube at the end. Expels air from a tube and again fills the entire system with water. Now in the elongated state both in the tube and in the syringe. Performs the same operation with the second syringe.
Wears the second ends of the tubes on syringes mounted on a bulldozer.
Step Six: Chassis
From cardboard master cuts wheel blanks. Glues five blanks and wraps tape around the circumference.
Drills holes in the center of the wheels. Fastens plastic tubes in the holes.
Secures motors to a spatula. Sets the wheels.
It makes a box out of cardboard. Installs a battery in it and two switches, for forward and reverse gear. Connects motors.Cut and install cardboard tracks.
It remains to connect the drive and the housing and begin testing.
