Good day or evening!
I want to give you my design of the famous panel antenna FA 20!
This antenna has a gain of 15-22 dB!
This design was made for receiving wi-fi at a distance of 7 km
But oddly enough, this same design accepts 4G well!
And so let's get started.
1) For the manufacture we need:
2) Galvanized sheet (fiberglass can also)
3) Scissors for metal
4) Pliers
5) Drill
6) Drills
7) M3 bolts (6 pcs)
8) M3 nuts (18 pcs)
9) vernier caliper
10) File
11) Pliers
12) Sandpaper
13) Soldering Iron, Flux (I used LTI 120), Tin
14) Templates
The reflector consists of a 490 × 222x20 rectangle. I didn’t have to make it, because I found a door of just that size as needed, I only had to cut off the excess ...
Next, the most important and painstaking lesson is this markup!
Many parameters of the antenna depend on how accurately you mark out!
Next, core, drill, and remove burrs
The next stage, just like with the markup, requires attention and especially patience, on which all the same antenna parameters depend!
Download the templates, glue them onto a galvanized sheet and cut them out. As a result, it should turn out like this
Well, after all the above operations, you can start assembling, solder the vibrator communication bus
put the BNC baud socket, or just solder the cable.
All the antenna is ready! How to fix it and how everyone has a different fantasy!
