Step One: Drawer
The master needed to make the shape of a revolver. The size of the revolver does not extend beyond a sheet of A4 paper. The box will also be A4 in size.
Cuts the rail to size.
From MDF cuts two walls of the box.
Glues the frame. Screws one sheet to the frame.
On the second sheet draws a grid. Drills holes at the intersection of lines. Screws the sheet to the other side of the drawer.
A hole is cut in the side wall of the box along the diameter of the vacuum cleaner pipe.
Step Two: Frame
Cuts the frame. The frame should fit tightly onto the drawer.
Stretches the film on the frame. Fixes it with clamps. Trying on a box.
Step Three: Mold Making
For the form, the master used a food grade PET film of 0.5 mm. Four ceramic cups are installed in the oven. The corners of the frame will be based on them. Preheats the oven to 170-180 ° C. Sets the frame for 1-2 minutes. Installs a vacuum cleaner pipe in the box opening. Includes a vacuum cleaner. A revolver is placed on the drawer grill. As soon as the film warms up and falls below the frame by 5-7 cm, it takes out the frame and puts it on the box. After a few seconds, the form is ready.
Step Four: Chocolate Gun
Now you can use the form for its intended purpose. Melt chocolate in a water bath and pour into a mold. Then puts the mold in the refrigerator.
