Beverage dispenser



If you have a lot of guests, then this homemade just for you. The dispenser for drinks was made by a homemade craftswoman from Norway. For its manufacture, she used the following

Step One: Project
First, the master developed a design for the device. I drew a sketch and a wiring diagram of the dispenser.



Step two: procurement of parts
From plywood cuts, according to plan, the workpiece. Edges the file.





Step Three: Build
Glues parts. For strength fixes with nails.


The back wall is mounted on awnings. It is fixed by hooks.





Step Four: Veneer
Pastes the surface of the dispenser with veneer. The veneer is easily cut with scissors. Applies glue, lasts 10 minutes and sticks. Smoothes with a spatula.





Step Five: Tray
No matter how neatly drinks are poured, part of the liquid will still spill. To collect the fluid, the master makes a tray.
Cuts aluminum mesh.




Makes a box of plywood.



It glues the box with aluminum foil. Tightens the corner.








A tray is made from acrylic. The walls of the tray are glued with hot glue. Screws the handle to the front wall.






Step Six: The Framework
It makes frames for labels with the names of drinks from the aluminum profile.




From acrylic cuts "windows".


Glues the frames on the front wall of the dispenser.




Seventh step: lever
The master wanted to be able to fill the drink into a glass using one hand. Masters used the principle as on a cooler. You bring the glass to the tap, the glass presses the lever, the drink is poured. The difference is.With the master, the lever presses the micro switch.
Cuts four strips of acrylic residues. Glues, at the top of each piece, a piece of copper pipe.






Of plywood makes a lever mount.


Step Eight: Holes
Drills holes for the lever, tube and electrical connector.






Step Nine: Wiring
Once again, consider the scheme.

The dispenser has four containers. Pumps are installed in the tanks. The tubes from the pumps are brought to the front. When one of the levers is pressed, its second end presses the microswitch. The circuit closes and the pump begins to pump fluid. At the same time, power is supplied to the LEDs.

Adheres a micro switch to the lever mount. Solders to the contacts of the wire switch.


Drills holes in the lid of the container.



He pulls wires into the holes. Connects pump and switch.


Stretches into the holes of the tube.



Solder wires according to the scheme. LED strip wraps around each tube.








According to this scheme, it mounts all four dispensers.

Step Ten: Refueling Tanks
It remains to pour drinks into containers, put ice cubes and cover.




Just do not forget to label each drink.

The beverage dispenser is ready. According to the master, this design is good for non-carbonated drinks. If you need carbonated, then you need to put a different type of pump.
