A master from Finland decided to expand the functionality of his battery angle grinder and made several belt and sanding devices for her on two and three rollers, as well as a rotary handle. In this article we will analyze device with three rollers. So, for the manufacture of a belt-grinding device, the master needed the following

- 3 mm steel plate 60 mm x 200 mm - 2 pcs.;
- 4 mm steel plate 30 mm x 70 mm;
-L-profile 30 mm x 20 mm x 3 mm;

-Milling machine for metal;

Step One: Plan
First, the master calculates the size of the device.
Step Two: Mounting Plate
She cuts a plate out of metal. The crown makes a hole in it for installation on the tide of the angle grinder. It processes the hole with a milling cutter and then with a file. Four teeth must be made in the hole.
Cut the ring. Welds it around the plate hole. Drills mounting holes from the opposite edge.
Step Three: Tension System
Next, the master makes a tension system. Bends the edges of a metal plate in a semicircle. Welds it to another plate with a spring and roller mount.
Step Four: Build
Now it remains to fix the tension system on the mounting plate, put on a strip and you can start grinding the parts. The device is very quickly mounted and dismantled at the UShMke.
Step Five: Fixed Mount
To install angle grinders with a fixture on the table, the master makes a mount. As you can see in the photos, the mount is screwed to the mounting plate, and its second end is clamped to the table.

Step Six: Dust Collector
To collect sawdust, the master makes a dust collection system connected to a vacuum cleaner.
The belt sander is ready.
Seventh step: completion
During the operation of the device, the master decided to remake the base plate. Now the plate can be installed at different angles.
