I want to bring to your attention device for welding works. When welding, the location of the weld seam plays a big role, therefore, it seems to me that such a device will be useful not only to novice amateurs, but also experienced professionals.
For manufacturing you will need:
Materials:
1. a piece of corner with a shelf 45-60mm length 55-70mm
2. two tubes ½ inch 50-60mm long
3. two M14 bolts with nuts
4. bolt M12
5. 1 inch pipe 50-60cm long
6. three bars of reinforcement 50-60cm long
7. 1 inch pipe sleeve
Instruments:
1. welding machine
2. impeller
We weld half-inch tubes crosswise. One bolt M14 is welded to the corner, the second bolt is welded to the sleeve. From the side of the sleeve opposite from the place of welding, we drill and cut the M12 thread.
We assemble the structure. The photo shows that it was necessary to put a spacer on the bolt with the sleeve. This is done so that the corner does not touch the rack. So it’s better to immediately cut one half-inch tube longer.
We weld pre-bent bars from reinforcement to an inch pipe. We put on the construction. On the rack, on the shelf of the corner we install the vise. You can use a clamp. The fixture is ready. The clamping position can be adjusted in three coordinates. That's how I used the device when I was cooking the roof for a swing.
