In this article, the Wizard will tell and show us how to make a kitchen cutting table. For the price the table made do it yourself cost the author a third of the store price.

Step One: Cutting
To make the table, the master used two centimeter plywood. I cut the plywood sheets to the size of the circular.
Step Two: Frame Assembly
Assembles the frame of the table. Attaches to screws and glue. To install the screws, the master drills holes using a jig.
Step Three: Partitions
Installs the main partitions.
Partitions for drawers and shelves.
Step Four: Crate Making
Makes drawers for the table.
Step Five: Frame
From a rail makes a frame. The frame is attached to the front of the table and covers the ends of the plywood sheet.
Step Six: Sheathing
Sheets the sides of the table. Fills the joints with putty. After drying, polishes.
Seventh step: facing
For cladding, the master fixes rails in the form of the letter X on the side surfaces of the table.
Step Eight: Pads
Makes overlays for drawers and doors.
Frezoy selects the grooves on the overlays.
Cuts and sets plywood inside the frame.
Step Nine: Painting
Primers and paints the table.
Step Ten: Countertop
Now the master proceeds to fine-tuning the countertops. Grinds the surface. Covers the countertop with a special composition.
Step Eleven: Installing Drawers and Doors
Includes hinges in the door and sets the skids on the drawers.
Installs front panels and handles.
Step Twelve: Setting up the table
Then the master transfers the table to the kitchen.
Fixes a countertop.
The kitchen cutting table is ready.
