This is a puller with extendable legs. These paws can be rearranged to different diameters. It is also possible to make paws of various lengths.

Step 1 marking the workpiece on a sheet of iron with a thickness of 5 mm using a caliper, mark an equilateral triangle with a side of 110 mm.

Step 2 on a sheet of metal with a thickness of 4 mm using a caliper, mark 6 plates 60 mm by 25 mm for attaching the paws. Cut them with a grinder. Then, on one plate, departing from one edge of 5 mm, we mark four holes for adjusting the legs with a pitch between the holes of 7 mm, we wrap these holes, we collect the plates into a bag using a manual vise and drill holes with a 6 mm drill using a drilling machine without forgetting to add water for cooling .
Step 3 We cut out the previously marked blanks and in the triangle with the help of the corner we mark the center and make 3 cuts 6 mm wide from the corners to the center 50 mm long.
Step 4 On the core triangle, make marks and drill holes with a 16 mm drill. Drill holes in the legs with a 6mm drill
Step 5 we screw nuts 12mm onto the bolt and weld them together, weld to a triangular plate and unscrew the bolt. Then we tighten the plates in pairs with 6 mm nuts, putting a gasket between them and weld them so that the slot is between the plates. Now we clean them with a grinder. Run the thread tap.
Step 6 We assemble our design, lubricate the nuts, put the paws in place and screw the bolt in. That's all our homemade product is ready for it, you can remove bearings of various sizes, replacing the paws, you can remove the bearing race if it remains inside. Personally, we removed the moped generator with this puller, could not remove anything, but with the help of this puller with great effort, but removed.
