Hello dear readers and the inhabitants of our site!
In this article, the author of YouTube channel "Be Creative" will tell you how to make a simple universal key for the grinder.

To create this homemade product does not require much time, specific materials and tools.

Materials
- steel strip
- Bolts, nuts.

Instruments, used by the author.
- Bulgarian
- Petal stripping disc
- Vise
- marker
- A screwdriver, drills.

Manufacturing process.
To begin with, the author, using a grinder, cuts two blanks from a steel strip.

Then rounds all edges using a flap grinding disc.

On the resulting workpieces, marks the drilling sites.

Further, holding the workpiece in a vise, drills the holes first with a thin drill, and then with M4.

Connects both workpieces with a bolt and nut.

The key hooks are also assembled from bolts, one of them is pre-screwed with a lining nut.

Everything, the key is ready for testing!

Check on a standard tightening nut.

Now check on a non-standard, bored nut.

This key, of course, can be used for various purposes, as well as have other sizes. But there is only one sense in it, for loosening these specific nuts.

On a small grinder, the key is not needed - there is always a hand. If set correctly, it is always easy to remove by hand ... On the big one it happens that a metal circle on concrete cannot be removed after heavy cutting. But then, as a rule, the key does not help either. The gas helps then ... Circles for metal on the big one are also removed by hand, usually - although they are tightened more tightly, but also a larger lever - they do not cut to the nut ...
And then they also make a key ... But who needs it?)))
Although ... I saw him as a man, put a circle and ... PULLED THE NUT WRENCH !!! ))). Well, really, “we are not looking for easy ways” ... To the question: “Why?”, He answered: “So as not to unscrew!”)))). I tried to explain that the nut - self-pulling turns out ... Doesn’t want to listen !!! ... I realized that it’s useless to start explaining what needs to be put with a metal edging to the thrust plate, and not with a “picture up” !!! Let him suffer, if he likes it so much.))))
