In this short article, the Wizard will show us how to make an interesting rubber-boom children's toy. Rezinkostrel made in the form of a DL-44 blaster Han Solo from the movie "Star Wars". Step One: Project
As you can see in the video, when you press the trigger, the top gum flies out, the next one slides along the recess and becomes the first one.
The master of the rubber arrow was designed on a computer with the appropriate software.
Step Two: Cutting
On the machine with a laser cutter, the master cuts the parts, the middle part and two pads.

In the absence of access to the torch, you can cut blanks on a band saw.
Step Three: Grinding
After cutting, it is imperative to sand the parts.
Step Four: Build
Glue one pad to the middle part. For better gliding of the trigger mechanism, the master paints with a simple pencil the places for mating parts.
Installs the spring trigger and glues the second pad.
