This device was made for winding fishing line when flying a kite. The master is from India, and in this country, on January 14, the Uttarayan holiday is celebrating the end of winter. On this holiday, residents and guests fly kites. To facilitate the work with fishing line, the master invented this device. But, in my opinion, it can also be used for other purposes, winding fishing lines, wires, ropes, possibly with a slight modernization of the device.
So, for the manufacture of a winder, the master needed the following
Materials and tools:

Stainless steel pipe Ø 12 mm;
- PVC pipe 180 x Ø75 mm;
- PVC coupling Ø63 mm;
- Ball bearing 6201-2RS - 3 pcs;
- Clamps - 2 pcs;

Step One: Drives
Using pallets, the master cuts disks from plywood to the sizes indicated in the photo.
Step two: assembly of the assembly
The master has six wooden discs. Glues them according to the following pattern: 115 mm + 75 mm, 115 mm + 75 mm (large) and 73 mm + 63 mm (small).
Glues bearings into the inner bore.
It cuts the size of the ring from the PVC pipes and installs them on the disks.
Step Three: Engine Installation
Drills a hole in a stainless steel pipe.
Sticks a rubber band around the pipe. At the junction of the strip glues wires.
Installs the assembled unit (small) on the pipe (on an elastic band). Nearby glues another strip of rubber.
A wooden wheel glued with rubber is glued to the engine shaft. Secures the engine to the tube using clamps. The rubberized wheel should be in contact with the inside of the assembly.
Step Four: Electrical
Through the hole, pulls the wires to the ends of the tube. Solder the ends of the wires to, on the one hand, the connector, on the other hand, the power button. Installs the button and connector in the end holes of the tube.
According to the scheme, connects the ends of the wires and the motor, installs the battery.The master glued the battery to the handset on a double-sided tape and fixed it with ordinary tape.
Step Five: Build
Installs a large node on one side. Installs a PVC pipe. Screws it to the end of the disk of a small node. On the other hand, installs a second large node.
Step Six: Appearance
To give a beautiful look, the master cut out disks from white cardboard, decorated them with a blue ribbon and stuck to the device.
Now you can check the winder in operation. The stroke at the drum of the device is easy and the fishing line is easily unwound by a snake.
By pressing a button on the end, you can quickly and easily wind the line back onto the drum.
As you can see, the device works, and fully performs its functions.
