It's simple device The author of Instructables under the nickname dreamberry performed as a nozzle for a shoulder massager. For using the massager for its intended purpose homemade can be removed from it. Shake can, in particular, vessels with paint used in aircraft modeling.
The first version of the nozzle (not shown in the photo) was just a bag of one adhesive tape. Even in this form, he coped with the task perfectly - shaking the paint was faster and more efficient than manually.
After making sure that the prototype works even better than the dreamberry expected, he made a new nozzle from thick paper designed for drawing posters. There are stores similar to our Fix Price all over the world, where the author lives, a large sheet of such paper costs $ 1 in such a store. To glue the structure, the master again used adhesive tape.
The idea underlying the homemade product is as follows. Cut a circle, draw a smaller circle in the middle of it. Make a lot of cutouts ending at the points of intersection with this circle. Glue the truncated cone. Put on the massager and fix it with tape:
Such a master makes the nozzle precisely on the side of which cuts a recess for the vessel with paint. For durability, paste over everything with adhesive tape inside and out.
View of the inner wall:
The nozzle is firmly glued with adhesive tape to the movable part of the massager:
The included massager with the nozzle shakes the vessel with paint, it must be kept so that the vessel does not fall out, especially if it is glass:
The proposed nozzle is an example of the application of the KISS principle (“keep it simple, stupid” or “designer, avoid complex systems”), according to which, things are simpler, more reliable, ceteris paribus.
