And the first thing the author cut off two pieces from a steel strip, suitable length.
After he cut off a couple more pieces a little shorter than the previous ones.
Then, on each blank, I made a longitudinal marking in the center.
Next, I made a cut on the markup.

Then removed the burrs.
And rounded the edges, for safe tool operation.
After he assembled all the parts of the tool and secured them with bolts.

Such a simple and at the same time useful tool was obtained by the author today.
