Step One: The Case
The case is made of MDF. Below you can download the file for the laser cutter, but for different models of bicycles it is necessary to adapt the housing so that it does not interfere with the control mechanisms and the drive.

Step Two: Painting
Before painting, the master covers the surface with a solution of Titebond III glue with water in a ratio of 1 \ 1.
Then it is coated with a primer and black paint.
The panel and plate are varnished.
Step Three: electronics
Mounts the electronics according to the sketch and fixes it inside the case.
Step Four: Small Details
The column cover must be sealed. Buttons, connectors, etc. are also sealed.
Fastens the straps.
Marks the place for installation of the plate.
Step Five: Front Panel
Assembles and installs the front panel.
Step Six: Speaker
Adhesive seal.
Installs and bolts the cover.
Connects and fastens the speaker and grid.
And the final touch, screw the plate.
