The country style in the interior is the style that most fully reflects the style and identity of rural houses. This style is one of the coziest and more close to natural beauty. The main differences from other areas are simplicity in execution, the absence of unnecessary details in the interior, but at the same time functionality. The style was born in the 70s of the last century in the United States. As you can see, nostalgia for the "rustic style" allowed this very young interior design to conquer the world and move away from its original source.
The author of this article also decided to make something in the country style. The choice fell on the chandelier.
From the tools the master needed:
hacksaw,
cutter,
sandpaper,
gas burner sealant,
PVA glue,
quick-drying spray paint, varnish,
Wenge color sealant
tape measure, pencil.
A bar of 50x40 mm is taken. From it will be created the base of the chandelier. We make the markings of the desired length on the bars and cut into size. We cut the ends of the bars at an angle. The bars are rounded with sandpaper and a cutter. Between themselves, the bars are attached using PVA glue. Slots that occur during sawing will be sealed with sealant.
Cylinders for knitting needles are made from a bar. The octagonal middle is cut out for attaching the knitting needles. Sawed lengthwise into two parts. Holes are drilled in the bars in size equal to the diameter of the end part of the spokes. We try on and see what happens.
With a gas burner we burn all the details of the chandelier.
The next step is the preparation of cartridges. Their author spray paints in gold.
We coat all the joints with a wenge color sealant. After drying, varnish.
We fix the cartridges, conduct and turn off the electrical part.
Next, we paint the chain on which the chandelier will hang in golden color. A ceiling holder is made from the bars. It is also fired and painted. Hooks for ceiling and chains are inserted.
In the end, it turns out a wonderful thing that creates comfort in the house. About which the author so dreamed!
