Homemade manufacturing process:
Step one. Base manufacture
First of all, we will make the basis on which everything will be installed. We need to cut 4 pieces of the corner, of which we weld the frame. We will need to fix this design on a vice, and we will fasten it with bolts. We drill two holes and cut the thread in cast iron. Step Two Axis
We install the axis on the manufactured frame. The axis is located on two ball bearings, we fasten each bearing with two bolts and nuts, well, or the nuts can be welded to the frame for convenience.
Step Three We attach the grinder to the axis
You can install the grinder on the axis, for a start we will make a bracket, with which we will fasten the grinder with bolts. We make the bracket from a steel plate, bend it in the form of the letter “P” and drill holes in front of those holes where the handle is attached to the grinder.
That's all, now we just have to make a lever that combines the axis with the bracket. We make this “lever” from a sheet of steel, just bend it to the desired value, and then weld it.
