This is not the first time that I have touched on the topic of aircraft modeling, where model "Dominator."
Many aircraft models, from different countries, tried to create a similar model.
This is the version of the Dominator model by Umberto from Brazil. and aircraft modeller Oleg from Kulebaki. Even in America, they created a similar aircraft model.
I myself made attempts to keep up with the author of this project. Many built, but no one created a copy of this model. And the point is not the absence of drawings, the whole point is a thorough, deep approach to the construction of this model by the author. Before starting to create this model, the author made many sketches and sketches, the nascent appearance of this model.
Yes, unfortunately, the author does not give a detailed description of the entire creative process, the creation of the model, and only by a few photographs can we judge the complexity of building this model.

Length - 1800mm.

These are sketches and sketches that preceded the appearance of the model.
First of all, the author made a supporting platform on which all the details of the model are mounted. Starts with trying on an impeller.
Rigidity ribs are glued in, which, after covering the ceiling, create a wing profile.
The ceiling is a rather fragile material and you have to tighten it with transparent tape before trying to bend the model details out of it.
It was the turn of trying on impellers.
The author made removable end parts of the wing. In addition to this collapsible, the nose of the fuselage was also made.
Almost all the details are tried on and chased at the place of installation.

The author paid much attention to the manufacture of blanks from wood, for the manufacture of a lamp for the cockpit.
An important detail for the good work of impellers is the manufacture of ducts.

The beauty of the flight of the Dominator is evidenced by the fact that at the Nefyodov Cup the model received the cup for the most spectacular flight.
