Manufacturing process.
So, the master found an unnecessary frame from the bicycle, and removed from it almost everything except the steering wheel, fork and seat.
Also got old skis.
From a steel sheet and a strip of 3 mm thick, I cut the blanks and welded them. This will be the back of the ski.
The author himself also shortened the skis with a grinder.
Painted rear support. I inserted the M10 pin into the tube, and it into the tube of the rear support. I screwed the nuts.
He fixed the sleeve with nuts to the rear fork. Aligned the ski relative to the frame, screwed it to the support with screws.
Then welded the front support.
After stripping before painting, the design looks like this. I inserted the sleeve into the tube, then passed the pin, tightened with screws.
I fixed the support in the front fork, screwed the ski to the support.
As an emphasis on legs, the author decided to use a shovel handle. I fixed it with several screws.
The device is ready for testing!
Very obediently behaves in turns, you can even jump from ski jumps.
