Making powerful, comfortable hand blowers

Good day to all. I bring to your attention the options for manufacturing fairly powerful, convenient hand blowers.

The scope of these products is very wide. Ideal for cleaning power tools from sawdust and other dirt during repair and after use. Blows out various garbage from any slots, where it will not help to get a single vacuum cleaner. It blows dust very well from the power supply and radiators of the computer system unit. Blows out moisture from various parts after washing, etc. You can easily inflate from balloons for the holidays, to the inflatable of furniture and pools.

In these designs was used:
- electrical unit from a spray Bosch PFS 55
- a failed spray gun from the Bosch PFS 55 spray gun
- plastic pipe with a diameter of 32mm
- coupling connecting with an internal emphasis 32mm
- plastic funnel with an outlet of 9.5-10 mm

Of the tools used:
- MFI type "Dremel"
- thermo-glue gun
- hot glue
- soldering iron
- screwdrivers, wire cutters, etc.

The easiest option to save the functionality of the main tool.

A rack with a container has been cut from the spray gun. The hole at the cut point is filled with hot glue.

All unnecessary parts are removed from the spray gun. The plastic needle of the paint feed control is cut off.

The funnel is cut to the inside diameter of the gun lock nut. A rubber gasket is also selected for the same size.

Next, the nozzle block is assembled.

The result is a universal kit.

The second option is a bit more complicated (without using the parts of the spray gun), but I like it more and use it more often.

To close the excess slots on the air tube, a piece of a thermo-insulating tube made of foamed polyethylene is dressed.

The air duct is inserted all the way into the neck of the turbine housing and is filled with hot glue at the edges. Also, hot-melt adhesive on the turbine housing is filled with slots for the SDS latch of the spray gun.

The nozzle is made of a 32mm coupling with an internal focus in the middle. The coupling cuts off the gasket area on one side. The neck of the funnel is cut to the inside diameter of the coupling and inserted inward to the middle stop. After which a funnel fragment is poured with hot glue. For a slight adjustment of the air flow in the coupling, a hole can be drilled. Immediately for collection through an air tube. The flow is controlled by turning the sleeve relative to the tube. The length of the tube is individually selected to whom, what is needed.

I picked up the key for the switch lever from some old trash tool. But can be cut from plywood, plastic, etc. It is attached using a thin metal pin and hot melt adhesive.

Another option is the key for the switch lever.

Option with a complete switch replacement.

Due to the fact that in this model of the BOSCH atomizer, the native push-button switch sometimes malfunctions; the contacts of the switch are converted to knife sockets for quick replacement.

I made several pieces in different variations. It turned out to be a great gift to friends. Everyone was very pleased !!! Used for several years.

If you need additional information, write to the post office, I will try to be sure to answer.

Feedback, suggestions and comments are very welcome.
