If you have access to a plasma or laser CNC cutter, then you can make such a card for yourself. If there is no access to the cutter, then you can try to cut such a card manually. Of course, manually is a more laborious task, but such a product looks impressive.

Step One: Cutting
The world map was processed using special software. Then metal was loaded onto the desktop and its cutting was performed. First, a map of Eurasia was cut from a sheet 3 mm thick and 3 by 1.5 m in size. Then the rest of the map, including the islands, was cut.
Step Two: Stripping
Now you need to clean the map details.
Step Three: Suspension
To install some parts of the card, a "French gimbal" will be used. The suspension is made by welding a metal corner and strip. Then the suspension was cut into segments and welded to the back of the card with an angle to the plane. The locations of the suspensions were determined during the design and on the map, markers were specially cut, which were then removed.
The second part of the suspension, which will be attached to the wall, was made of boards.
Small parts, such as islands, are installed using welded bolts that will be secured to the wall.
Step Four: Powder Coating
Welding work was completed and the details of the map were sent for painting to a powder chamber.
Step Five: Installation
Everything is ready and it remains only to hang the card in its intended place.
