In this article, the author of the YouTube channel George Kosilov will tell you how he made a very unusual firewood literally from scrap metal.
This homemade product is very simple to manufacture, and does not require the purchase of expensive forged items.

Manufacturing process.
The author got two car springs. The first step is to clean them from rust. Of course, this can be done by hand with a metal brush for a very long time, you can use the grinder and the cleaning brush disk.
The author cleaned up difficult places in this way - he heated the workpiece in the furnace, and lowered it into cold water. Compare how it was and what happened.
Now the master sprays both springs with black spray paint.
From a steel sheet I cut out two such hands.
He also cleaned them of rust, and painted them white.
Next, you need a cover from the old Soviet primus, or any suitable pan.
In addition, you need an old rusty brake disc.
Both blanks are cleaned of rust and painted. Quite a different matter.
Now the author cut out a couple of such blanks with an electric jigsaw, painted them black.
I cut two boards 90 cm long, and processed their surfaces.
On the bottom side of the board screws the workpieces using a perforated plate to connect.
Through the hinges in the springs, a bar is threaded, and sequentially screws them to the boards.
Two nuts were welded to the upper hinges of the springs, and prepared a pair of studs, having acquired nuts on them.
In this way, it fastens a steel plate to the upper sides of the springs.
Then he puts on the painted brake disc, and closes the cover with a primus.
Attaches "palms" to the midpoints of the lateral parts.
Having also painted a piece of the bicycle chain, it hangs it on pre-welded carnations.
It's time to load the fat man with firewood!
Stop, there’s not enough nose! You can simply put a suitable gear between the springs.
Here is such a happy fat man with a belly of firewood turned out from the master. Probably in wet and cold weather, he will cheer up not only the author, but also his family and guests.
