Board 20 mm to 50 mm. The author has a beech.

And so, the author started making homemade products. First of all, he cut off two blanks, 225 mm long, from the board.
After glued them together.
Like this.
After the glue dried well, the author processed the resulting workpiece on a jointer.
Then, on a circular saw, the author put emphasis at an angle of 22 degrees.
And he made a groove on the workpiece.
After sawing this blank into 5 equal parts, 45 mm each.
Further, he laid all the details made on a flat surface, and aligning, fixed them with a clamp in this position.
Then connected all the details with door hinges.
After making holes for the screws.
So it happened.
Then the master took the remaining piece of the board and connected it with the previous part, the door hinge. As shown in the photo.
After this last part, the author will make a hole for the bolt.
Then it will process all the details with sandpaper.
And paint the finished homemade.
After the paint has completely dried, the master will install the resulting device on the jointer machine and fix it with a bolt and nut.
Such a homemade work turned out by the author today.
