The author will show two ways of manufacturing this clamp.

The first method of manufacturing: without the use of welding.
And so, the author began to manufacture. First, the master will make a hole on one of the sponges.

The edge of the bolt where the hat was cut off, the master sharpened a little and made a small groove.
The author does not indicate the exact length of the bolt, but the photo shows that its length is approximately 45 mm -50 mm. The length of the bolt will depend on the model of the pliers, when the jaws of the pliers are apart, the bolt should protrude by about 10 mm - 15 mm.
The second manufacturing method: using welding.
MATERIALS AND TOOLS:
Connecting nut approximately M-6;
Bolt M-6;
Welding machine;
A nut is welded onto the side wall of one of the jaws of the pliers.
In the second sponge, a cut is made under the wire grip.
The bolt is installed in the nut, and its edge is processed, as in the first method. And all the clamp is ready and it can be tested.
A wire clamp is made and installed in the right place.

After the edges of the wire are threaded into a special groove on a homemade product.
Further: the collar is turned into the working position. And the bolt rests against the wire cut, squeezing the handles of the pliers, the clamp is tightened.
And then, as in all clamps, the edge of the wire is bent.

Then the remaining edges are pressed.
