Manufacturing process.
So, for starters, Alex prepared boards from solid ash.
Aligned the surface of the workpieces on a surface planer.
I glued a template to the surface of the board.
Then he drilled holes in the workpiece for hooks.
He dismissed the canvas into parts using a band saw.
The edges of the workpieces processed on a belt sander.
Now the master is making hooks from a wooden beam.
Next, cut the hooks themselves.
The master prepared all the details, and set about assembling the structure. Fungi for hooks are glued to the lower guides, while in the upper they should slip a little.
So, the design of the hanger is ready, it remains to cover it with linseed oil.
Here is such an original hanger turned out by the master. Now this hanger is suitable for any room size, the design is universal.
