Manufacturing process.
To begin with, the master cuts a 25 mm thick pine board into two parts.
Treats surfaces with a jointer and a surface gage. This can be done with a manual planer.
Then glues the shield from them, and fixes them with clamps.
With the help of a circular saw and a carriage, it cuts off uneven ends, and makes blanks for a drawer and a lid.
The resulting boards are polished with an orbital machine.
Now the master begins to manufacture the case. He glues two boards together, and fastens them with a neiler.
Assembles two halves of the body together, and checks the geometry.
Now he needs to make a cover. He marks future holes on it.
At the edges of a future recess for toilet paper, he drills holes for the entrance of a jigsaw blade.
Then cuts out an impromptu "mouth."
Now the Forstner drill drills the "eyes" of the emoticon.
Further, the resulting holes are milled with a radius mill with a thrust bearing.
All external and internal faces are also processed, with the exception of the back wall.
The master glues the back wall into the housing.
Using spray paint covers the lid.
After the paint dries, lightly polishes the lid until strips of wood texture appear.
He covers the box itself with a layer of stain and wax.
Now he needs to install the cover, he did it with the help of ordinary screws, having previously drilled holes in the walls.
The lid will open downward, so you will have to install a magnetic latch on the top of the box, and the counterpart on the lid.
Here is the box and ready.
You can charge toilet paper, and stick out a smiley tongue. In order to hang it on the wall, you can simply drill holes in the back wall. So it will be more reliable than fixing it on furniture suspensions.
