In such an oven, you can fry eggs, boil water or cook the ear. As a basis for homemade work, the author used a part from a gas cylinder. The furnace works perfectly, the upper part is removed for ease of transportation and cleaning. Also, if you remove the upper part, the oven can be used as a barbecue for frying kebabs. Furnace manufacturing process:
Step one. Balloon preparation
Be careful when working with gas cylinders, they explode when cutting, if you do not take all necessary measures. First, turn off the valve and release the gas, then the valve can be completely unscrewed, after which we drain the contents of the container.
Pour water under the neck and empty into an empty container and drain, the procedure needs to be repeated several times. If you are still afraid for your safety, you can fill the cylinder with water and cut it in this state, as a result there will be nothing to explode.
We cut the cylinder into two parts, from these parts two furnaces can be made. We also cut off the support and the handle, we will not need it. For simplicity of work, the author uses a plasma cutter.
Step Two Firebox
We cut a hole of the appropriate diameter under the furnace on the side of the furnace, here the author welds a piece of an iron pipe. If there is no pipe of this diameter, it can be made of sheet iron, and not necessarily round in shape.
Step Three Plate
Now we need to cut the stove for the stove, for such purposes we need a thick sheet of iron. Cut the circle in the center, and then, using the cut circle, the author cuts the plate. The part looks interesting, but it is cut out quite simply, if you, of course, have a plasma cutter.
Step Four Assembly
The body of the future furnace must be carefully cleaned from old paint, since it will burn. To make the grinding process much easier, we burn the furnace, kindling fire in it. Now the paint is burnt and will be easily brushed off even with an iron brush.
We weld the furnace to the furnace, and also make legs from the rod and weld to the base. We carefully clean the welds so that everything looks neat.
Step Five Lattices and door
We need to cut two iron gratings, one is installed on the bottom of the furnace, these will be the grates. And we weld another grid to the hob.
We also make a door for the furnace, for this we need sheet metal. We cut the door in shape and drill holes through which air will enter the oven. The door will open to one side; the author uses a bolt with nuts as a hinge. Do not forget to weld two stops to the door, which will keep it closed and open. We also install the handle from the bolt, and so that the handle can be taken, we install a spring.
Step Six Painting and testing
Thoroughly paint the oven from the spray can with heat-resistant paint. Now the furnace looks great, and will not rust, you can proceed to the tests. The stove burns beautifully, the author easily fries scrambled eggs, and also boils water.
