In the manufacturing process of the furnace, the master used the following materials: gas cylinder, 6 mm thick sheet of metal for the stove, profile pipe of various diameters and round, fittings, sealant, heat-resistant paint, thermometer, various tools from the adjustable wrench to the welding machine.
As in all other cases when working with such material as cylinders, cans, tanks, previously filled with combustible material, you need to start with the preparatory work. Namely, drain, release from the balloon the remains and fill it with water for a couple of days. Then drain the water and rinse the container a couple of times. Then pour water again and make the first cut. The craftsman carved the top for the slab and the end for the door.

The door is mounted on a makeshift hinge. In the center of the door a valve is made.

To seal the master, welded a metal strip around the perimeter of the doorway.
The door handle is made of fittings and springs. This design reduces the risk of burns.
Well, at the end I welded a pipe and painted the oven with heat-resistant paint.
