Manufacturing process.
To begin with, the master prepares the boards, cutting them with a miter saw into small pieces of different sizes.
Now lubricates the workbench with a separator so that the workpieces do not stick to it, and prepares the glue.
Starts gluing parts here in such an intricate shape blank.
Tightens the workpiece with clamps, and presses it to the surface of the table.
In the same way forms several more blanks of various shapes. The central workpiece will be with an additional jumper, it is a support.
After the glue dries, the surface of the workpieces is processed on a thicknesser.
Now all the elements are glued into a single array of the future table.
This is followed by a very interesting stage of processing, the master burns the inner surface with a gas burner, and gives a few minutes so that the boards are sufficiently charred.
When the table has cooled, the charred surface of the boards is sandblasted.
Having cleared the table of sand, it is already acquiring an original appearance.
An industrial robot with a mill will be used to align all external surfaces. Of course, these works can be performed using the usual.
After milling, the surfaces are sanded with tape and orbital machines.
Then they are covered with several layers of varnish with a spray gun.
It remains only to install such mortise furniture legs.
And here is the finished result.It looks very unusual and will clearly surprise many connoisseurs of design of furniture.
