Step One: Assembling Countertops
First, the master makes a countertop. Cuts boards to size and glues them in two.
After gluing, cut the edge of the boards. Cut out grooves for dowels, install dowels and glue the countertop.
Step Two: Countertop Processing
The countertop is assembled and now you need to process it. First, the master polishes it.
Then cuts the ends in a semicircle.
Step Three: Feet
The master cuts planks from maple plywood. Then the strips are glued together in three.
At the upper slats cuts out the middle part. A countertop will be fixed to these slats. But it cuts off all the ends of the planks in a semicircle, and glues the legs together.
Step Four: Cross
Now you can see the first results. A good product is obtained.
To strengthen the structure, a transverse rail will be installed at the top of the legs. The wizard cuts the rail and grooves for its installation.
Step Five: Grinding
Now you need to grind the legs.
Step six: assembly, decoration
It remains to cover the product with a special composition and fix the countertop.
