Manufacturing process.
To begin with, the master cuts off a piece of 220 mm length from a polypropylene pipe.
Then marks the indentation from the edge of 20 mm, and the middle lines on the sides.
With the help of a dremel, it cuts a recess in the body, it turns out the lower part and the cover.
Then he takes apart an old hair dryer, takes out all of it electronics. If desired, you can buy a new one, but cheap.
On the upper side lays rolls of cotton under a heating spiral. I would highly recommend using a good glass wool, it is not combustible! In addition, these elements of the evaporator should not touch the temperature sensor (it is located in the front of the heater), otherwise it will not turn off the device in case of overheating.
Hot-melt adhesive is applied to the lower part of the fan housing, and installs the unit in a new housing.
The front edge is fixed with a piece of wire.
Now the author notes the places for cutting holes for wires, and the supply of smoke-forming liquid.
From silicone tubes for droppers, you need to build such a tee and insert two tubes into the lid so that they are located above the cotton tabs.
Leads the wires, closes the lid, and fixes it with tape.
Glycerin collects into a syringe with a volume of 20 cubes, it is freely sold in a pharmacy, and is a thick transparent liquid, similar to oil. Then the syringe is attached to the third tube.
A narrowing adapter is put on the front edge of the case.
Then the author made a simple case from ordinary cardboard.
He brought the switches to different handles, and the power wire.
And from above, a small lid opens, which gives access to the glycerin supply system, and other elements.
Now you can test the device by adding a little glycerin to the evaporator.
