In this article, the author of the YouTube channel Vladimir Natynchik will tell you how he made an oak and mahogany board for serving snacks or serving pizza.

Manufacturing process.
The initial material for a simple layman is incomprehensible, and unattractive. But this is an array of mahogany and oak.
First of all, Vladimir cuts the material across the width of the working area of the thicknesser.
It processes blanks in the thicknesser.
Using a circular saw, the workpieces are cut into planks of different widths. At the same time, uneven edges are removed.
So, here are all the blanks that the master cut.
On each workpiece, PVA glue is lubricated on one side, and carefully leveled.
Prepared parts are laid out on a workbench, and clamped.
After the glue dries, the board is again processed in the thicknesser on both sides.
Then the author marks out the contours of the future board, fixes it on the workbench with clamps, and cuts with an electric jigsaw.
After cutting, there were sharp edges. The author rounds them using a hand mill and a radius mill with a thrust bearing.
A hole for hanging with a Forstner drill is drilled in the handle. You can use pen drills on wood. The edges of the hole are also rounded off by the milling cutter.
It remains to apply a protective layer. The master applies beeswax for this. After applying the layer, it can be additionally heated with a hairdryer for better absorption into the board array. This operation can be repeated several times.
So, the new board is ready.
