Step One: Cutting Material
To make a chair, the master used red cedar boards. Makes markup on the board according to the template (the template can be downloaded here) Cuts workpieces.
Step Two: Grinding, Milling
Grinds workpieces. The milling cutter rounds the edges.
Drill mounting holes.
Step Three: Build
Now you can start assembling the chair.
Step Four: Cover
The master covers all elements of the chair with epoxy resin, this will prevent them from moisture.
After drying, the resin is applied.
Now you need to polish the chair.
All is ready.
