Step One: Handset
Cuts off 23 cm of pipe. Cut a groove in the pipe of 14 cm.
Step Two: Frame
Inside the profile pipe, the master welds the nut. It is to ensure that the tube moves freely without abutting the nut and the tube is cut in the previous step.
The profile pipe is welded to the inner shelf of the channel. A corner is welded at the top of the profile. The corner will play the role of a vice sponge.
Step Three: The Moving Part
Makes a guide and welds it to the tube.
Step Four: Threaded Rod
A hole is drilled in a threaded rod. Installs a knob in the hole.
The threaded rod is installed, as in the photo below.
Step Five: Notch
On the lips cuts notches.
The vise is ready.
